RO: The Nera gorges are an important area from a geological, floristic and faunal point of view. A variety of plant and animal species are found here, some of them rare or endangered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Cheile Nerei there are also a number of interesting tourist attractions, such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nerei Gorges are a popular tourist destination, both for Romanians and foreigners. Various recreational activities such as hiking, climbing, rafting and caving can be practiced here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They are an important tourist objective, which contributes to the economic development of the region.
They are an important area from a geological, floristic and faunal point of view.
It protects a number of rare or endangered species.
It offers a variety of recreational opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Nera gorges are made of sedimentary rocks, mainly limestone and dolomitic limestones. These rocks were subjected to the action of natural erosion, which resulted in the formation of impressive gorges with high and rocky walls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
