Eforie Sud is the resident locality of the city of Eforie in Constanța County, Dobrogea, Romania. Before the Second World War, the town was called Carmen Sylva (artistic pseudonym of Queen Elisabeta, 1843-1916). Between 1950-1962, the locality bore the name of the Ceferist "hero" Vasile Roaita.
