It is the only mountain resort in Slovenia that can be reached directly by train. Since the parts of the resort are located at a low altitude (the starting points of the cable installations are at the edge of the Bohinjska Bistrica resort - the first ski center in this country), numerous "snow cannons" have been installed that ensure the possibility of skiing.
