Information about the artificial snow system
The Sinaia ski area has a modern artificial snow installation, consisting of 24 fixed lances and a mobile snow cannon, equipment produced by the renowned company TECHNOALPIN, world leader in the field.
They guarantee snow in winter on the low slopes of the ski area, namely "Pârtia Nouă", "Gondola" and "Valea cu Brazi", regardless of the level of precipitation. The only condition for the good functioning of the artificial snow installation is the negative temperature.
